Thank you for taking the time to read through my legal section. This document tries to be as complete as possible, but if any area is not clearly addressed, please contact me.

CONTENT
This site is my personal contribution to the flood of personal pages and whatnot on the ever-growing world wide web. It is also a way for people to contact me for consulting services. All the stuff on it (including web pages, music, art, software, media, games, etc) were created by me. Of course, I don't take credit for the tools or companies mentioned, used, or parodied. For example: Mac RPG is obviously a parody by me - but I take no credit for "Macintosh" concepts & names - and Apple Computer does not endorse or probably even know about Mac RPG.
I make my best effort to be clear when things featured on this site are not by me. Most of the time things that I parody I don't bother to mention, basically because it's pretty obvious via context - and that good ol' "Fair Use" thing should cover the rest. I am not affiliatiated, endorsed, licensed, authorized or related to any other company or organization in any way unless otherwise mentioned. All trademarks used are property of their respective holders.
The majority of the content on this site (media, ideas, etc) are original - by me. I claim ownership and am quite able to back it all up with proof. If you'd like to feature my stuff someplace please contact me for my permission. I rarely say no, as long as I'm given credit - and odds are I'll link to your site too. Just please do not steal or take credit for my stuff.
If you have any questions about anything, or have concerns about this site content - please contact me - I'm the nicest person on earth and I will work with you about whatever. This stuff is just out there for good clean fun!

If I recieve your email through this site, or if you have a metalbabble.com email address, I will not sell it to any third parties. However, I can not offer any gaurtees on the privacy level of this site. I will not be held responsible for any secuirty issues with email, or otherwise.

You agree that I will not be responsible for any harm or loss due to use of these products or services. CONSULTING POLICY
Also on this site I feature a section for consulting services. The intent is to make myself known to a wider audience and hopefully help people out. I do ask for payment of some of these services and on the sites, will list an estimate cost. If I am hired as a consultant I will provide you with a service contract which will outline the exact fees and terms involved. Legally, I would like to mention that I reserve the right to decline to provide service - if for example I am unavailable, or cannot fulfill your request. If I can provide service, and an agreement is made with a client I will provide the service contract and arrangements will be made. The terms of service, pricing, and all related topics will be defined on the service contract, and not by the metalbabble.com web site. If you are unsure about something, please contact me.
